A military veteran and longtime Texas resident, Phillip Brown began to nurture his gift at a very young age. Using bricks as hammers and kitchen knives as screwdrivers, Phil would create small pieces from old wood piles.

After serving in the Army, Phil moved his family to the DFW area and opened a small cabinetry company.
